Signing Up
Creating your account
Property Prism uses secure authentication powered by Clerk. To get started:
- Visit the Property Prism login page
- Sign up with your email address or Google account
- Verify your email if prompted
Joining an organization
After signing in, you’ll either:
- Join an existing org — If your team admin has already set up your organization, they’ll send you an invite link. Click it to join.
- Create a new org — If you’re the first person from your brokerage, you’ll be prompted to create an organization. You’ll become the admin.
Roles
Your admin assigns you one of three roles:
| Role | What you can do |
|---|
| Admin | Full access — manage members, API keys, imports, and all data |
| Member | View and edit contacts, buildings, owners, and comps |
| Viewer | Read-only access to all data |
Your role determines what you see in the sidebar and what actions are available to you.
