Buildings

Buildings are the core property records in Property Prism. Each building can have multiple addresses, metrics, electrical data, and linked entities.

Building profiles

A building profile includes:

• Addresses — Primary and alternate addresses
• Metrics — Square footage, floors, year built, and other physical characteristics
• Electrical data — Electrical infrastructure details
• Owner — The linked ownership entity
• Comp history — Lease comparables associated with the building
• Linked TIMs — Tenant-in-market interests connected to the building

Searching and filtering

Use the buildings explore page to search by address, filter by metrics (e.g., buildings over 50,000 sq ft), or narrow down by owner or neighborhood.

Map integration

Every building with a geocoded address appears on the Map. Click a pin to jump to the building profile, or use the map’s spatial filters to find buildings in a specific area.

Editing buildings

Click into a building profile to edit any of its fields. Changes are tracked in the audit log so your team can see who updated what and when.
