Owners represent the landlords and ownership entities in your market. Each owner can be linked to buildings and contacts.
An owner profile shows:
Tenants represent companies that lease space. Tenant records are used in comp leases and tenant-in-market tracking.
Brokerage firms are tracked separately from individual broker contacts. A firm can have multiple broker contacts associated with it.
Owners, tenants, and brokerage firms are managed from the Data section in the sidebar. Each has its own page where you can add, edit, and search records.
