What is Property Prism?
Property Prism is a commercial real estate intelligence platform for brokerage teams. It centralizes contacts, buildings, ownership data, and lease comps into one workspace.

What file formats can I import?
CSV (.csv) and Excel (.xlsx) files.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Data can be exported from reports and listing pages in standard spreadsheet formats.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can request a full data purge. All of your organization’s records will be permanently deleted. See Data Ownership & Deletion for details.
Can other organizations see my data?
No. Data isolation is enforced at the database level. There is no way for one organization to access another’s data.
What happens if I walk away from my computer?
Your session locks automatically after 20 minutes of inactivity. You’ll need to verify your identity to resume. See Session Security.
Does Property Prism support multi-factor authentication?
Yes. MFA is available through your Clerk account settings. We recommend enabling it for all team members.
What happens when a team member leaves?
Their access is revoked immediately. All data they created stays with the organization. See Managing Your Team.
How do I invite team members?
Admins can invite members from the team management page. See Managing Your Team.
Can I have different roles for different people?
Yes. Property Prism supports Admin, Member, and Viewer roles. See Roles & Permissions.
How do I connect Property Prism to other tools?
